Our skilled artisans hand-carve each piece, resulting in richly detailed, deep relief, sharp lines, and a unique touch. This masterpiece then serves as the mold master. Using high-density urethane foam, each medallion is formed, yielding a beautifully detailed, lightweight, solid construction focal piece. The resemblance to original plaster medallions is achieved by employing our high-density urethane, not vacuum-formed, 'plastic' type medallions.
